Jenny Sauer-Klein is the founder of the Scaling Intimacy School of Experience Design and Play on Purpose, and an experience designer and master facilitator who specializes in dynamic learning experiences that help companies engage their employees and bring their culture to life. She has designed and facilitated programs for leading companies as well as running her signature Experience Design Training, Scaling Intimacy, which helps event designers strategically weave connection into the fabric of their events.
Adam Rosendahl is a community experience designer and the Founder and CEO of Late Nite Art®: a creative learning lab that shifts perspectives through experiential learning, dialogue, music, and art. From executives at Adobe and Pixar to Federal Probation Officers in Louisville, Kentucky—a diverse range of companies, universities, and public institutions depend on Adam to create transformational events and gatherings that help teams deepen connection, lean into creativity, and mold institutional culture. Adam has delivered 500+ events across 11 countries and is considered a global leader in facilitating group experiences that humanize people beyond the roles they play at work.
Joanna Miller is facilitator, executive coach, and experience designer with 15 years of experience creating and leading talent development programs for global companies including Asana, Slack and Levi Strauss & Co. Her goal as a leader, coach and facilitator is to design experiences that inspire deeper curiosity, connection and clarity of purpose.
Romy Alexandra is a learning experience designer and experiential learning trainer on a mission to humanize learning spaces. She is passionate about designing and delivering trainings that intentionally integrate experiential learning, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, the neuroscience of learning, and behavior change. Romy brings over a decade of international facilitation experience in more than 35 countries across 4 continents. She consults with organizations and entrepreneurs across the globe to transform content into connecting, engaging, and impactful learning experiences, whether they be online, in-person, or hybrid. Romy has worked with clients such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), The Red Cross, ASICS, Chevron, and many more. She holds multiple certifications in Experiential Learning, Critical Pedagogy, and Psychological Safety and certifies others in these topics too. Romy’s an avid world traveler, foodie, street art hunter, bookworm, and yoga enthusiast.
Neelu Kaur is an Author, Facilitator, Executive Coach, and Stress Management Specialist. She holds a BS from NYU’s Stern School of Business, an MA in Social & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach from the NLP Center of New York. Neelu has 15 years of experience specializing in Adult Learning & Leadership Development in large organizations ranging from Financial Services, Consulting, to the Tech Industry. She is a certified Yoga Instructor, Ayurveda Specialist, and an Ericksonian trained Hypnotherapist focused on bringing mindfulness and stress management practices to individuals, teams, and organizations
Hannah’s mission is to bring people together in meaningful ways to accelerate connection and deepen relationships. As an Adjunct Professor and Senior Associate Director of the Leadership Accelerator at the NYU Stern School of Business, Hannah designs and facilitates experiential leadership programming for MBA students and executives. Hannah also hosts interactive, engaging in-person and virtual gatherings that allow people to connect with ease.
Wendy Horng Brawer is a founding partner at Intune Collective where she loves working with client teams to unlock greater potential for collaborating, innovating, finding solutions together, and most importantly, fostering belonging. In addition to Scaling Intimacy, Wendy is a facilitator with Late Nite Art, Murmur, and Equipt Women, all organizations that work to promote connection, creativity, equity, and community.

What is your cancellation/transfer policy?
Virtual Connection Labs are non-refundable. You can transfer your seat to another participant by emailing us at connect@scalingintimacy.com
Are there any discounts available?
A $10 early-bird discount is available for those who register at least 1 week in advance of each session. No additional discount are available at this time.
Are these exercises only for big groups?
The exercises you’ll learn in Virtual Connection Labs can be applied in a wide array of events, workshops and programs. They are adaptable to various themes, group sizes and outcomes!
Are these events recorded?
Virtual Connection Labs are not recorded. We have found the best way to learn something is really to have the experience of it. If you’re looking for a recording, check out the Play on Purpose library where you’ll see recordings of each exercise played out live.
