Intuition
I have been designing high impact learning experiences for nearly 20 years for learners across the globe. Two years ago, I left full-time work in higher education to launch my own education experience design firm. My favorite projects involve threading together leadership and intercultural skills development for students and young professionals.

I am a CA native who lived in Seattle for 8 years and now I work remote in various places. I like skiing, spicy foods, and languages. My company specializes in employee engagement and connection in distributed teams. We create software to visualize connection across teams and I design virtual experiences to help drive improvements.

I started off in the Army flying Apache helicopters and teaching at West Point. I then went to Stanford’s Graduate School of Business for my MBA, then jumped into tech as a product manager (Slack and another small startup). I’ve started my own coaching practice and am loving it.
