Her background in leadership development, career transition and experienced hire coaching led her back to higher education after coaching professionals and executives in transition. Ariana Marnicio works as a Senior Program Specialist at Concern Worldwide to design and conduct trainings for humanitarian professionals around the world. In her personal life, she co-leads a small, online Muslim community dedicated to inclusivity and open discussion.

Avary Kent is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader. She leverages a decade of C-suite experience to craft leadership development and support programs in service of improved wellbeing. She was the co-founder of Conveners.org and Impact Alpha, and is now CPO at Spring Activator. Mental and Emotional wellbeing is a core focus of her work.

A lover of effective group processes, Brooking has coached leaders and supported large-scale coordinated action for 10+ yrs on all sorts of social/environmental issues. She also facilitates relational meditations, interactive art experiences, is a poet, teacher and lover of singing, dancing, and the natural world.

Debra is a professional story facilitator, applied theatre practitioner, writer, speaker, and coach. She has developed a strong framework for intuitive listening, embodied action, and intentional engagement of individuals, teams, and communities. As an author, facilitator, and coach, Debra brings her love of stories to her work as a story doula.
My Intuition (my spidey-sense!)
I build leadership development programs for the Trium Group, a boutique consulting firm based in San Francisco. I come from the communications world having led speaking workshops all over the world, but my core belief that you can’t be changed while bored comes from years doing theater in basements. Can’t wait to learn!

She has learned to appreciate strong company cultures and working with driven and creative teams. Fiona’s personal mission is to create a world which centers those living in the margins of our society by valuing their lived experiences, amplifying their voices, and realigning current systems of power. She’s primarily worked in the gender-based violence sector for almost two decades to actualize that mission.

Kerry Wekelo is the Chief Operating Officer at Actualize Consulting, a financial services firm. Her book and program Culture Infusion: 9 Principles for Creating and Maintaining a Thriving Organizational Culture and latest book Gratitude Infusion, are the impetus behind Actualize Consulting’s award-winning culture.

Upon receiving my Master’s in Education from the Stanford University I taught high school English at a start up prep school in E Palo Alto, CA. After starting a family and several cross country moves, I became a cycling and Pilates instructor, which afforded me flexibility as a mom. In 2011 I co-founded JoyRide Cycling studios.
