Designing Exceptional Experiences

A half-day introduction to Experience Design for  teams

Bring to your Team

About THIS TRAINING

In this 4 hour training, your team will learn the fundamentals of the Scaling Intimacy approach to Experience Design, creating a shared vocabulary that will make your event design process faster, easier and more impactful. We will not only teach the principles, but model them in action during an interactive engaging training experience.

Our methodology focuses on strategically weaving connection into the fabric of your event, so that your participants leave inspired and transformed. No matter what kind of event (workshops, trainings, conferences) or your format (in-person, virtual or hybrid), this approach will work with any dynamic learning experience you are creating.

WHAT’s COVERED
  • Review the definition of experience design and how you are already an experience designer
  • Develop shared language and methodology for designing events that creates continuity in all of your programs
  • Discover how to scale intimacy and make a group of 100 feel like 10

  • Apply the Dramatic Arc Template to take  participants on a transformational journey with exponential impact
  • Create integration and debrief moments that make the learning tangible, practical and immediate
  • Develop programs based on the experiential learning model that are engaging, interactive and fun!

Jenny’s training has transformed our organization’s online experiences. She provided important frameworks to improve our planning of both virtual team meetings and external events and concrete tools that we could implement right away. Our team feels measurably more confident and adept in leading online gatherings – with audience feedback to prove it.

Tali Shmulov, COO, itrek

Jenny’s secret sauce is that she not only tells you (quite clearly) how to engage and connect an audience, but also shows you. It’s an all-in experience that’s never boring.

Susan Mason, Program Manager, Office of Talent and Innovation, The University of Texas System

It’s been difficult to foster a sense of belonging in a virtual setting, and Jenny gave us some unique and useful tools to create fast and deep connections. Thanks to your training and great resources, our teams have created new collaborative work streams that will have a lasting impact on the company.

  • You are translating the format of an existing event between in-person, virtual or hybrid.

  • Your team is tasked with designing programs, but never received formal training and you don’t have a unified approach.
  • You find the event planning process daunting, frustrating, confusing or overwhelming.
  • You always feel like you have to start from scratch and don’t have a framework to build from.
