ABOUT SCALING INTIMACY
In this highly experiential intensive training and design sprint, you will learn how to design both in-person and virtual experiences that maximize the impact for attendees, so that participants walk away feeling transformed, inspired, and part of a community.
ASK ME ANYTHING SESSIONS
If you are registering at the Premium or Mastery tiers you will have access to 3 live one-hour Ask Me Anything sessions* with seasoned experience design experts. These sessions will take place Thursdays 9-10 am PT / 12-1 pm ET:
- June 16, 2022 – The Art of Facilitation with Julia Winston of Facilitator Forum
- June 23, 2022 – Tech + Hybrid Solutions with Michael Narea of NareaTech
- June 30, 2022 – The Business of Experience Design with Jenny Sauer-Klein of Scaling Intimacy
*Live AMAs will be recorded and you will receive access to the recording. If you are unable to attend live, you forfeit the ability to ask a question but will still receive the recording.
LIVE LASER COACHING SESSION
If you are registering at the Mastery tier, your laser coaching session will take place June 21, 2022 9 – 11am PT /12-2 pm ET. Each participant will receive 15 minutes in the hot seat to receive direct coaching from Jenny, as well as chat input from the group. The call will be recorded so you can capture and review all the details of your coaching session as well as learn from other’s time. If you can’t make the session live, you can email your question ahead of time and Jenny will send you a video response*.
*If you miss the call, and do not send your question prior to June 21, you will forfeit your laser coaching session.
CUSTOM REVIEW OF CURRICULUM PLAN
If you are registering at the Mastery tier, your 45-minute curriculum review call must take place within 1 month of completing the Scaling Intimacy Intensive (no later than July 9, 2022). You will be connected directly with the facilitator you will be working with to schedule this session based on mutual availability. If you do not schedule or postpone your session beyond July 9, you forfeit your right to that session. If you need to reschedule your session, you must give the facilitator at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled in under 24 hours will be forfeit.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Registration for the course is non-refundable, but is transferable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to one of the next two offerings of Scaling Intimacy. You may transfer your registration only one time. If a transfer request takes place less than 10 days before the main training, a $100 transfer fee will apply.
